On Schedule I you will list your marital status, dependents and work information and include all forms of income, including work, second jobs, rental income, government aid, alimony, child support, and business income.
WHAT YOU NEED: Employer information, pay stubs, interest statements, other proof of income.
INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED ON FORM: The Spouse income MUST be completed in all cases filed by joint debtors and by a married debtor in Chapter 7 whether or not a joint petition is filed, unless the spouses are separated and a joint petition is not filed.
